How to Use: 

Shake Well: Before each use, shake the bottle to thoroughly mix the ingredients.

Massage: Gently massage the spray into the skin until fully absorbed. A tingling sensation may occur, indicating magnesium absorption. *If you experience a burning sensation, that is normal in the first few applications and will go away with use.
