Building Successful Retail Partnerships
Thank you for partnering with Highland Tallow Co. We're committed to providing handcrafted, small-batch skincare and exceptional service to our retail partners. The information below outlines our wholesale policies, ordering guidelines, and expectations to help ensure a smooth and successful partnership.
Our Wholesale Policies
Ordering Requirements
Wholesale accounts are approved before purchasing. New wholesale partners have a minimum opening order of $200, while there is no minimum for reorders. Orders begin processing once payment has been received unless other payment terms have been agreed upon in writing.
Shipping & Delivery
Our wholesale orders are made to order.
Most wholesale orders ship within 5–10 business days. Shipping and freight charges are calculated based on your order and destination. Retail partners located within 20 miles of Fletcher, North Carolina may choose local delivery for a $5 delivery fee, or free local pickup by appointment.
Retail Partnership
Our products may only be sold through approved retail storefronts or approved websites. This helps protect our retail partners, maintain brand integrity, and prevent market oversaturation so every retailer has the opportunity to succeed.
Policies & Support
We stand behind every product we make and are committed to supporting our retail partners. Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us within five (5) days of any shipping damage or order discrepancies so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, all wholesale sales are considered final. However, we want new partners to feel confident carrying our products. First-time wholesale customers may request a one-time exchange of up to 25% of their initial order, with prior approval. Exchange items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Many of our products are available as mixed-scent cases for an $8 customization fee. Please see our Mixed Case Policy page for complete eligibility, ordering instructions, and exclusions.
